Automation

The Automation section lets you deploy AI-powered agents across your WhatsApp and Instagram channels. These agents handle customer interactions automatically, reducing response time and freeing up your team for higher-value work.

Types of agents

Wap2b offers three types of automation agents:

• AI Agents — General-purpose Q&A and customer support bots. They answer questions based on your knowledge base, handle common inquiries, and escalate complex issues to your team.
• Commerce Agent — A sales-focused agent that helps customers browse products, check pricing and availability, and place orders directly through chat.
• w2Shield — An Instagram comment moderation agent that automatically detects and hides spam, toxic content, and competitor links on your posts.

Independent control

Each agent can be configured and enabled or disabled independently. You can run all three at the same time, or activate only the ones relevant to your business. Configuration changes take effect immediately.
