Add-ons

Additional seats and interaction quotas can be purchased as add-ons from the pricing page to extend your plan limits.

Go to wap2b.com/pricing or navigate to Account > Subscription from the sidebar.
Select the plan that fits your business needs.
Enter your payment details and confirm.

Upgrading or Downgrading

You can change your plan at any time from the Subscription page. When you upgrade, the new features become available immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Billing Cycle

All plans are billed on a 30-day cycle starting from your subscription date. You will receive an invoice via email. You can view past invoices and payment history under Account > Billing.
