Catalogs

Catalogs are collections of products that you share with customers through WhatsApp. They serve as your storefront within the messaging experience, letting customers browse what you offer without leaving the conversation.

Creating a Catalog

  1. Go to Commerce and select Catalogs.
  2. Click Create Catalog.
  3. Enter a name and optional description for the catalog.
  4. Save the catalog. You can now add products to it.

Editing a Catalog

Select any catalog from the list to update its name, description, or product assignments. You can add or remove products at any time without affecting existing customer conversations.

Linking to WhatsApp

For customers to see your catalog, it must be linked to a WhatsApp Business channel:

  1. Open the catalog you want to share.
  2. Go to the Channel settings within the catalog.
  3. Select the WhatsApp number you want to link it to.
  4. Once linked, customers messaging that number can browse the catalog.

Managing Multiple Catalogs

You can create separate catalogs for different product lines, seasonal collections, or customer segments. Each catalog can be linked to a different WhatsApp number or shared across multiple channels.

Keep your catalogs organized and up to date to ensure customers always see accurate product information.
