Directory

The Directory is where you manage all your contacts in Wap2b. Every person you message through WhatsApp or Instagram is stored here as a contact, and you can organize them to make your outreach more effective.

Organizing your contacts

Contacts can be organized into Groups and Subgroups:

• Groups are broad categories that represent a high-level audience segment. For example, you might have groups called “Customers”, “Leads”, or “VIP Members”.
• Subgroups sit inside a Group and let you create finer divisions. For example, the “Customers” group could have subgroups like “Repeat Buyers” and “First-Time Buyers”.

Why organization matters

This hierarchy is essential for running broadcast campaigns. When you create a broadcast in Wap2b, you select which Group or Subgroup to target. Well-organized contacts mean your messages reach the right audience, improving engagement and reducing unnecessary sends.
