Broadcast List

The Broadcast List page displays all of your past and scheduled broadcasts in one place. Use it to monitor delivery progress and review performance after a broadcast completes.

Broadcast statuses

Each broadcast shows one of the following statuses:

• Sent — the broadcast has been fully processed and all messages have been dispatched.
• Scheduled — the broadcast is queued to be sent at a future date and time.
• In Progress — messages are currently being sent out to recipients.
• Failed — the broadcast encountered an error and could not be completed.

Delivery statistics

For each broadcast, you can view a breakdown of delivery metrics:

• Sent — the total number of messages dispatched.
• Delivered — how many messages were successfully delivered to recipients.
• Read — how many delivered messages were opened and read.
• Failed — how many messages failed to deliver.

Filtering and searching

Use the search bar to find a specific broadcast by name or template. You can also filter the list by status to quickly locate scheduled broadcasts or identify any that have failed.
