Orders
When customers purchase products through your WhatsApp catalog, their orders appear in the Wap2b dashboard. The Orders section gives you a complete view of all transactions and tools to manage them.
Viewing Orders
Navigate to Commerce and select Orders to see all incoming orders. Each order displays:
- Customer name and contact details
- Products ordered with quantities
- Order total and payment status
- Date and time of the order
Use filters to sort orders by status (pending, confirmed, shipped, delivered, cancelled) or by date range.
Updating Order Status
As you process an order, update its status to keep customers informed:
- Select an order from the list.
- Change the status (e.g., from Pending to Confirmed, or Confirmed to Shipped).
- Add optional notes or tracking information.
- Save the update. The customer can be notified of the status change via WhatsApp.
Payment Tracking
Each order includes payment details showing whether payment has been received, is pending, or has failed. Payment processing is handled through your configured payment provider (Razorpay).
Tips for Order Management
- Process orders promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Use status updates consistently so customers always know where their order stands.
- Review cancelled or failed orders to identify and resolve recurring issues.
