WhatsApp Numbers
The WhatsApp Numbers page lets you view and manage the WhatsApp Business numbers connected to your Wap2b account. You can access it from the /whatsapp-senders page in the dashboard.
Viewing Your Numbers
The page lists all WhatsApp Business numbers currently connected to your account. For each number, you can see:
- Phone number — The full number including country code.
- Display name — The business name associated with the number.
- Status — Whether the number is active and ready to send and receive messages.
- Quality rating — The current quality rating assigned by WhatsApp (Green, Yellow, or Red), which reflects how recipients have responded to your messages.
Connecting a New Number
To connect a new WhatsApp Business number, navigate to the /connect-number page. Connecting a number requires a valid WhatsApp Business API setup. You will need:
- A phone number that is not already registered with WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business App.
- A verified Facebook Business Manager account.
- A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) linked to your Facebook Business Manager.
Follow the on-screen steps to complete the connection process. Once connected, the number will appear on the WhatsApp Numbers page and your inbox will begin receiving messages.
Managing Numbers
From the WhatsApp Numbers page, you can review phone number details, check the current quality rating, and monitor the status of each connected number. If a number’s quality rating drops, consider reviewing your messaging practices to avoid further restrictions from WhatsApp.
