Step 2 — Set Up Your Catalog
Your catalog is the product database your AI Sales Agent uses to answer customer questions. When a customer asks “Is the blue dress available in size M?”, the agent looks up your catalog to respond accurately.
Create a catalog
Go to Shop → Catalogs
From the left sidebar, click Shop, then select Catalogs. This shows all your existing catalogs.
Click New Catalog
Click New Catalog to open the catalog creation form.
Fill in your store details

| Location | Your city or country |
| Currency | The currency you sell in (e.g. USD, INR, GBP) |
Set your order settings
- Min Order Value — The minimum cart value to place an order (leave blank for no minimum)
- Max Items per Order — Maximum number of items a customer can order at once
- Shipping Fees — Your standard delivery charge
- Free Shipping Threshold — Order value above which shipping is free (optional)
Save the catalog
Click Save to create the catalog. You will be redirected to the catalog detail page.
Add products to your catalog
Open your catalog
From Shop → Catalogs, click on the catalog you just created.
Click Add Product
Click the Add Product button to open the product form.
Fill in product details

| Product Name | Be specific — “Red Cotton Kurti Size S” is better than “Kurti” |
| Description | Include material, dimensions, care instructions — the AI uses this to answer questions |
| Price | Enter the selling price in your catalog currency |
| SKU | Optional but useful for inventory tracking |
| Category | Group similar products (e.g. Tops, Dresses, Accessories) |
| Stock | Enter available quantity |
Upload product images
Upload clear, well-lit photos. You can add multiple images per product. The first image is shown as the main product photo.
Save the product
Click Save Product. Repeat for all your products.
Tip: The more detail you add in product descriptions, the better your AI agent will be at answering customer questions. Include common questions like size guide, material, and care instructions in the description field.
Bulk upload via CSV
If you have many products, you can upload them all at once using a CSV file.
- Go to your catalog and click Upload Products
- Download the CSV template
- Fill in the template with your product data
- Upload the completed file
The system will validate each row and show any errors before importing.
