Getting Started

This section walks you through everything you need to set up Wap2b and start engaging with your customers.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

• A WhatsApp Business number — A phone number that is not already registered with WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business App. This number will be used to send and receive messages through the WhatsApp Business API.
• An Instagram Business account (optional) — Required only if you plan to use Instagram features such as comment monitoring, auto-replies, and post scheduling. Your Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook Page.
• A valid email address — Used for account registration and receiving notifications.
