The Content section is where you manage all the messaging and media assets used across Wap2b. This includes WhatsApp message templates, a shared media library, and Instagram post creation tools.
What is in this section
- WhatsApp Templates — view, create, and manage message templates that require Meta approval before they can be used in broadcasts or automated messages.
- Media Manager — upload and organize images, videos, and documents that you can reference in templates and conversations.
- Instagram Posts — compose new Instagram posts, schedule them for future publishing, and review all your published and scheduled content.
WhatsApp message templates are a core requirement for sending outbound messages outside the 24-hour customer service window. Templates must be submitted to Meta for review and approved before they become available for use in broadcasts and automation.
The Media Manager serves as a central library so you can reuse assets across templates, broadcasts, and conversations without re-uploading files each time.
