Dashboard Overview

Once you sign in, you land on the Wap2b dashboard. This is your central hub for managing all messaging channels, AI agents, and commerce operations.

The left sidebar provides quick access to every major section of the platform:

  • WhatsApp — Access your inbox, message templates, broadcast campaigns, and contact lists. This is where you manage all WhatsApp Business API activity.
  • Instagram — View and respond to Instagram comments, set up auto-replies, schedule posts, and review engagement insights.
  • AI Agents — Create and configure AI-powered chatbots. Assign them to WhatsApp or Instagram channels for automated customer interactions.
  • Commerce — Manage your product catalog, view and process orders, and configure payment settings.
  • Account — Update your profile, manage team members, view billing details, and configure API keys.

Key dashboard elements

At the top of the dashboard, you will find summary cards showing important metrics such as recent message activity, active AI agents, and pending orders.

The main content area changes based on which section you select from the sidebar. Each section has its own sub-navigation for drilling into specific features.

Tips

  • Use the sidebar to switch between sections quickly. The active section is highlighted for easy reference.
  • Most pages support search and filtering to help you find specific messages, contacts, or orders.
  • Notifications appear in the top bar to alert you about incoming messages, failed broadcasts, or system updates.
