Channels

Channels are the messaging accounts you connect to Wap2b. Before you can send or receive messages through the platform, you need to connect at least one channel.

Supported Channels

Wap2b currently supports two messaging channels:

• WhatsApp Numbers — Connect one or more WhatsApp Business numbers to send and receive WhatsApp messages, run broadcast campaigns, and deploy AI agents.
• Instagram Accounts — Connect Instagram Business accounts to manage Direct Messages, monitor comments, and automate replies.

Why Channels Matter

Each feature in Wap2b — the inbox, broadcasts, AI agents, and commerce — relies on a connected channel to function. Connecting a channel is the first step after creating your account and choosing a subscription plan.
