New Catalog

The New Catalog page lets you create a product catalog from scratch. Catalogs are collections of products that customers can browse through WhatsApp or Instagram.

Creating a Catalog

1. Go to Commerce > New Catalog in the sidebar.
2. Enter a catalog name that describes the collection (e.g., “Summer Collection”, “Electronics”).
3. Add products to the catalog:
   • Product name — The title displayed to customers.
   • Description — A clear description of the product.
   • Price — The selling price in your configured currency.
   • Images — Upload product images. High-quality images improve customer engagement.
   • Inventory — Optionally set stock quantity and SKU.
4. Save the catalog.

After Creating

Once your catalog is saved, it appears in the Catalogs list. You can then:

• Link it to a WhatsApp number so customers can browse it in chat.
• Connect it to the Commerce Agent for AI-powered product recommendations.
• Edit or add more products at any time.

Tips

• Use clear, descriptive product names that customers will recognize.
• Include dimensions, materials, or other relevant specifications in descriptions.
• Keep pricing accurate and up to date.
• Upload multiple images showing the product from different angles when possible.
