AI Agents
AI Agents are intelligent chatbots that respond to customer messages on your WhatsApp and Instagram channels. They use your business information and uploaded documents to answer questions accurately, handling common support inquiries without human intervention.
Viewing your agents
The AI Agents page lists all agents you have created. Each agent shows its name, the channels it is active on, its current status (enabled or disabled), and a summary of conversations it has handled.
Creating a new agent
Click Create Agent to set up a new AI agent. You will configure the following:
Knowledge base
The knowledge base is what the agent uses to answer questions. You can build it by:
- Uploading documents — Add PDFs, text files, or other documents that contain information about your business, products, or services.
- Adding FAQs — Enter common question-and-answer pairs that the agent should know.
- Entering business information — Provide general details like your business hours, location, return policy, and contact information.
The more comprehensive your knowledge base, the better the agent performs.
Channel selection
Choose which channels the agent responds on. You can assign it to WhatsApp, Instagram, or both, depending on your plan and needs.
Tone and behavior
Configure how the agent communicates. You can set its tone (professional, friendly, casual) and define behavior rules, such as when to escalate a conversation to a human team member.
Enabling and disabling
Toggle the agent on or off at any time. When disabled, the agent stops responding to messages but retains all its configuration and knowledge base data.
Reviewing conversations
You can review the conversations your agent has handled to check response quality. This helps you identify gaps in the knowledge base and improve the agent over time.
