New Broadcast

The New Broadcast page lets you compose and send a bulk WhatsApp message to a selected group of contacts. Only templates that have been approved by Meta can be used in broadcasts.

Step-by-step guide

1. Select your audience

Choose the contacts who will receive the broadcast. You can target an entire contact group or narrow it down to a specific subgroup. Make sure your contacts have valid WhatsApp numbers before sending.

2. Choose a template

Browse your list of approved WhatsApp message templates and select the one you want to send. Templates that are still pending approval or have been rejected will not appear as options.

3. Map template variables

If your template contains dynamic variables (such as a customer name or order number), you will be prompted to map each variable to the corresponding contact field. This ensures every recipient receives a personalized message with their own data filled in.

4. Schedule or send immediately

You have two options:

• Send now — the broadcast begins processing immediately.
• Schedule for later — pick a future date and time. The broadcast will be queued and sent automatically at the scheduled time.

5. Confirm and send

Review your selections — audience, template, variable mappings, and timing — then confirm. Once confirmed, the broadcast enters the processing queue.

After sending, you can track the broadcast’s progress and delivery stats on the Broadcast List page.
