Commerce

The Commerce section in the sidebar lets you sell products directly through WhatsApp and Instagram. You can create product catalogs, manage inventory, and process orders — all from within the Wap2b dashboard.

  • Catalogs — View and manage all your product catalogs.
  • New Catalog — Create a new catalog with products.
  • Orders — Track and manage customer orders.

How It Works

  1. Create a catalog — Go to New Catalog and add your products with images, descriptions, and pricing.
  2. Link to a channel — Connect your catalog to a WhatsApp number or Instagram account.
  3. Receive orders — Customers browse your catalog in chat and place orders.
  4. Manage orders — Track order status, process payments, and update customers from the Orders page.

Commerce works hand-in-hand with the Commerce Agent (under Automation), which can automate product recommendations and order tracking through AI-powered chat.
