Media Manager

The Media Manager is a central library for all the images, videos, and documents you use across Wap2b. Instead of re-uploading files every time you need them, you can store them here and reference them in templates, broadcasts, and conversations.

Uploading media

Click the upload button to add files from your computer. Supported file types include:

• Images — JPEG, PNG, and other common image formats.
• Videos — MP4 and other supported video formats.
• Documents — PDF files and other document types.

Files are stored securely and are available for use across the platform immediately after upload.

Browsing and previewing

Your uploaded files are displayed in a visual grid. You can preview any file by clicking on it to see a larger view before deciding to use it.

Using media in templates and messages

When composing a WhatsApp template with an image, video, or document header, you can select a file directly from the Media Manager. This keeps your workflow efficient and your assets organized in one place.
