Profile

The Profile page is where you manage your personal and business information in Wap2b.

Updating Your Profile

1. Navigate to Account and select Profile.
2. Update any of the following fields:
   • Name — Your display name within the platform.
   • Email — The email address associated with your account. This is used for login and notifications.
   • Phone number — Your contact number.
3. Save your changes.

Business Information

You can also update your business details from this page:

• Business name — The name of your organization as it appears across the platform.
• Business category — The industry or sector your business operates in.
• Website — Your business website URL.
• Address — Your business address for reference and verification purposes.

Keeping your business information accurate is important for account verification and for how your business appears to customers on WhatsApp.
