Campaigns
Campaigns is your hub for sending bulk WhatsApp messages to your contacts at scale. Using pre-approved WhatsApp message templates, you can reach hundreds or thousands of contacts in a single broadcast.
From the Campaigns section you can:
- Create new broadcasts — select your audience, pick a template, and send or schedule your message.
- View past broadcasts — see every broadcast you have sent, along with its delivery status and performance stats.
- Track performance — analyze how your broadcasts are performing through two complementary analytics views.
Wap2b provides two analytics perspectives. Wap2b Insights aggregates delivery and engagement metrics across your broadcasts within the platform. Meta WA Insights pulls messaging, conversation, pricing, and template analytics directly from Meta’s WhatsApp Business API, giving you the official view of your performance, spend, and usage.
