Inbox
The Inbox is where you have real-time conversations with your customers. Every incoming message — whether from WhatsApp or Instagram — arrives here, giving your team a single place to manage all customer communication.
Team Inboxes
Wap2b provides two separate team inboxes, one for each messaging channel:
- WhatsApp Inbox — Available at the /chatbox page in the app. This is where you view and reply to WhatsApp conversations.
- Instagram Inbox — Available at the /ig-chatbox page in the app. This is where you view and reply to Instagram Direct Message conversations.
Collaboration
Both inboxes support team collaboration. Multiple team members can access the same inbox, view conversation history, and respond to customers. This makes it easy to distribute workload and ensure no message goes unanswered.
Getting Started
To start receiving messages in your inbox, you first need to connect at least one channel. Visit the Channels section to connect a WhatsApp number or Instagram account.
